GOSHALA Trust Society (Regd.), Spatu Road, Ambala City is the oldest GOSHALA in this region, it is more then 150 years old
registered with Registrar of Societies, Lahore on 29.02.1912. The New Registration no of trust is : 00734 which is Registered by the Registrar of Society (Haryana). In Sanatana Dharma and our Shastras we consider Goseva (cow-service) a great service. With this principle in mind, 'GOSHALA Trust Society (Regd.)' is serving cows day and
night. The devotees are impressed upon visiting the GOSHALA and the activities that constantly go on in its huge premises
There are a lot of arrangements for the service of Go Mata in this GOSHALA. At GOSHALA Trust Society (Regd.) a place where more than 600 cows are being kept & looked after systematically.
These cows are feeded with nourishing & protein and vitamin rice foods. They have been regularly examined by
veterinary doctors & treated accordingly.
The cow is considered as a sacred & holy animal in Hindu religion.
we worship cow on various occasions and we call them Gomata. In the field of environmental
protection and preservation, we are actively involved in prevention of cruelty against animals given to them either
by man or by nature.
GOSHALA has made special arrangements for those devotees who want to offer fodder jaggery to cows. There are also arrangements
who want to perform Godaan (donate cows). Fresh green fodder is always available for the devotees to offer to the cows.
The devotees can also organize bhandaras (feasts) at auspicious occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, Purnima and other
important festivals.Starting with a humble beginning in 1912 have come a long way in establishing good facilities to take care of
more then 600 stray, ill-nourished and helpless cows. We provide shelter and food to these homeless
cattle and also take care of their medical needs at our sprawling establishment GOSHALA Trust Society (Regd.)
